In their second annual bed build with Sleep In Heavenly Peace, a national organization dedicated to providing beds for children in need, Stamps Scholars in the Virginia Tech Honors College helped the New River Valley achieve one of its biggest builds yet. Partnering with 13 other organizations, the Stamps Scholars helped to build a total of 70 beds for local children.

O’Such spent a lot of his childhood with his family in Lane Stadium, shouting “Hokie hi” on Saturday afternoons with thousands of other fans. As a budding engineer, he also envisioned himself walking the Blacksburg campus as a student one day. With the help of two key scholarships, that dream became a reality.
